Cancellation Policies
Introduction
At The Talisman Collective, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy varies based on the terms of each individual booking, but the following general guidelines apply.
1. Free Cancellation Period
- Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge within 4 hours of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 48 hours away.
2. Cancellation Terms Per Individual Booking
- Each booking may have specific cancellation terms based on the property, seasonality, and length of stay. Guests should refer to their booking confirmation for detailed cancellation policies.
- If a booking-specific cancellation policy is not provided, the following standard terms apply:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in: Eligible for a [full/partial] refund.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in: Non-refundable.
- No-shows or early departures: Non-refundable.
3. Cancellation by The Talisman Collective
The Talisman Collective reserves the right to cancel a reservation under the following circumstances:
- Failure to complete the required guest information form, background check, or rental agreement.
- Violation of house rules or property policies.
- Providing false or misleading information during the booking process.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or security concerns.
- Force majeure events such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
In cases where we cancel due to a guest’s failure to meet the requirements or policy violations, no refund will be issued.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
